A Peek Inside
What started as a dairy barn, has evolved into something so much more. Something we thrive on here is trying our best to preserve the past but give it a future. It is a full circle of my favorite Bible verse , Jeremiah 29:11, since I was a child. Inside these stone walls have so many stories from customers, patrons in the community, and stories we are making here daily. We love switching out seasons in the shop. I will say, being a small business, we usually switch seasons a season prior! If it is ice and snow outside, the shop has been switched for wishful thinking of spring to come soon! If it is 100 degrees outside, the shop may be switching for fall. If we are saying Trick or Treat, the shop is mixed with winter greens, ready for winter! Behind the Scenes
When switching our seasons, I couldn't do any of it without my team beside me. My husband, kiddos, and my friends and family! The greatest gift they bless me with is their time. Our kiddos will forever be my price taggers and pillow fluffers. My husband will be the muscle behind every furniture build and/or switch-a-roo we have in the shop. My mom and sister are my support system with their words of encouragement and organizing seasonal inventory! Finally, my friends, childhood and new! They show up with food. laughter, and their hands to help in any way. This shop wouldn't be here without Jesus blessing my life with each one of them!
